Terms of service

Conditions for using LUXNOUS and purchasing its software subscriptions. Read these terms before creating an account or buying a subscription; mandatory legal rights remain protected.

support@luxnous.com

Service provider

LUXNOUS is operated by Foad Borooshak in Hungary under the group name TechNovaEurope. TechNovaEurope is not currently a registered company or separate legal entity. Foad Borooshak is the service provider and the contracting party for software subscriptions. Contact for support, privacy requests and legal correspondence: support@luxnous.com.

What these terms cover

LUXNOUS provides salon-management software, customer booking tools and AI-assisted features through its website and mobile app. Paid subscriptions are intended for professional salon use. Public customer features do not make LUXNOUS the provider of beauty services. Salon services, prices, qualifications, safety, appointments and disputes about those services remain matters between the salon and its customer. This allocation does not exclude liability for LUXNOUS’s own conduct.

Accounts and authority

You must have legal capacity to use the relevant service and authority to act for the salon when creating or administering its account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. The salon owner manages staff access; authorised staff must act within their assigned permissions. Protect sign-in credentials and notify support about suspected unauthorised access. These duties do not remove the operator’s own security obligations.

Plans, access and service limits

The selected plan and any active add-ons determine available features and usage limits. Check the descriptions and limits shown before purchase; a demonstration or roadmap is not a promise that an unbuilt feature is available. Software access is non-exclusive and subject to your account permissions and subscription. Do not resell or sublicense access without permission. Financial and staff-earnings records are management tools, not a guarantee of payroll, tax or accounting compliance.

Prices, payment and renewal

The purchase flow identifies the price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and any renewal terms before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe where offered. An automatically renewing subscription renews according to the terms disclosed at purchase until renewal is cancelled. Price changes apply to future periods after appropriate advance notice, giving you an opportunity to stop renewal; they do not retroactively increase an already paid period. Failed payments may restrict paid features under the applicable subscription rules. Ask support to investigate incorrect charges.

Cancellation and refunds

LUXNOUS currently charges for software subscriptions, not for salon beauty services. You can stop subscription renewal at any time through account billing management. If that function is unavailable, contact support@luxnous.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid subscription period. No proportional refund is provided for unused time following ordinary cancellation. This does not limit mandatory rights, including applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective services, duplicate payments or incorrect charges. Cancellation is separate from account or data deletion.

Mandatory consumer rights

Professional purchases and consumer purchases may have different legal protections; your actual purchase purpose determines the applicable rules. If consumer distance-contract law applies, a service contract generally carries a 14-day withdrawal period from its conclusion, subject to lawful exceptions and any required disclosures. Mere account activation does not automatically waive statutory rights. Any immediate-start request or legally valid exception must satisfy the applicable requirements. Contact support@luxnous.com to exercise an applicable withdrawal right. Mandatory remedies override conflicting wording here.

AI output and consequential actions

AI can generate incomplete or incorrect text, analysis, translations, images or suggestions. Check prices, dates, facts, review replies and advertising claims before acting or publishing. Review the details of a consequential action before confirming it; authorised instructions can change bookings, publish content or send messages. LUXNOUS does not promise increased revenue, higher review ratings, particular campaign results or error-free AI output. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, tax or accounting advice. These statements do not waive legal remedies for defective service.

Your data and content

You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. You authorise the processing, transmission and display needed to deliver requested features and carry out authorised instructions; this is not a transfer of ownership. Obtain necessary rights for photos, audio, customer information, staff information and copyrighted material. Public profiles and submitted reviews may be displayed to visitors. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. The salon must establish a lawful basis for its customer and staff processing and provide the required notices.

Acceptable use and marketing

Do not access another salon’s records, bypass security or usage controls, upload malware, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, publish unlawful content or infringe others’ rights. Campaigns must comply with applicable marketing rules, recipient permissions and opt-outs. Connecting a messaging channel or having a contact address is not by itself permission to send advertising. Report suspected abuse or rights infringements to support@luxnous.com with enough information to identify the issue.

Third-party integrations

Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Stripe and other connected services have their own permissions, terms, availability and limits. Connect only accounts you are authorised to use. A provider may change access or reject content; connecting it does not imply its endorsement of LUXNOUS. External restrictions can affect a feature, but do not automatically remove the operator’s own contractual or legal obligations.

Privacy and records

Personal-information handling is described in the Privacy policy, which explains platform and salon roles and the contact route for rights requests. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to every processing activity. Subscription cancellation is not automatic deletion of accounts, records or backups. Contact support regarding account closure, retention or deletion; applicable legal duties and the salon’s role must be considered.

Privacy policy

Availability, restriction and termination

Maintenance, security incidents and provider outages may temporarily affect access. For planned interruptions we will give notice where reasonably possible. Access may be proportionately restricted for non-payment, serious misuse, legal requirements or a genuine security risk. Where lawful and feasible, we will explain the reason and how to raise a concern or resolve it. This clause does not permit arbitrary destruction of records or cancellation of paid service without respecting applicable contractual and statutory rights.

Responsibility and legal remedies

Each party remains responsible according to its actual duties, conduct and applicable law. Business outcomes and uninterrupted or error-free operation are not guaranteed, but the operator’s obligations to provide the contracted service and any mandatory remedies remain. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct or harm to life, bodily integrity or health. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims, an unlimited indemnity or a restriction on reporting to authorities.

Changes to these terms

The update date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated before they apply with notice appropriate to the change. Changes cannot retroactively remove accrued rights or increase fees for an already paid period. Where a change affects future subscription terms, you may stop renewal before those terms apply. Any legally required acceptance or additional protection remains necessary; silence is not blanket consent to unrelated changes.

Contact, governing law and disputes

Contact support@luxnous.com for support, billing concerns, complaints and legal correspondence. Hungarian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you in other jurisdictions. No exclusive court or compulsory arbitration is imposed here. Contacting support first does not prevent you from approaching a competent court, consumer body or supervisory authority. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent allowed by law.

Optional website analytics

May we use Google Analytics cookies to understand visits and salon sign-up steps? Analytics stays off unless you accept. We do not send form contents or private account pages. You can change your choice here at any time. For the initial paid subscription, we also measure the amount paid, currency and a transaction reference. Free and test payments are excluded.
