How do I book an appointment?
Open a salon or a professional’s page, pick a service and an available time, then confirm. You pay at the salon — no payment is taken online.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to My bookings, open the appointment and choose Cancel. You can cancel any upcoming confirmed appointment.
What are favorites?
Tap the heart on any salon or professional to save it. Your saved items live on the Favorites page. You need to be signed in to use favorites.
How do I sign in?
Enter your phone number or email and we’ll send you a one-time code. If you’ve added a passkey, you can use that instead — manage passkeys from your Profile page.
