How LUXNOUS handles personal information, who operates the service, and how to contact us. Subscription cancellation information is included separately below.

LUXNOUS is operated by Foad Borooshak in Hungary under the group name TechNovaEurope. TechNovaEurope is not currently a registered company or separate legal entity. Foad Borooshak is the service provider and the contracting party for software subscriptions. Contact for support, privacy requests and legal correspondence: support@luxnous.com.
Our role and the salon’s role
For account administration, subscription billing, security and direct customer accounts, the operator determines the relevant processing purposes. When a salon uses LUXNOUS to manage its customers, staff, appointments or campaigns, the salon determines the purposes of that processing and LUXNOUS processes the records to provide the requested service. Contact the salon for matters about its services or its use of your information; contact us for processing by LUXNOUS. These roles depend on the actual processing and do not remove either party’s legal obligations.
Information and purposes
Depending on the features you use, information may include names, contact details, account and subscription records, salon and staff profiles, appointments, service history, reviews, financial records, messages, AI conversations, audio, images and integration credentials. We receive information from you, authorised salon users and connected providers, including Google reviews. Information is processed to operate your account, deliver requested features, administer subscriptions, provide support and protect the service. Public salon profiles and submitted reviews can be visible to visitors; private management records are not intended for public display. Only upload information you are authorised to provide.
Legal grounds
The legal basis depends on the purpose: performance of a contract for account and subscription services; legal obligations where applicable; legitimate interests for proportionate security and support; and consent where the particular processing requires it. A salon must establish its own lawful basis for customer and staff records and marketing. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to every use of personal information. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, including health information, to AI or campaign features.
Connected services and AI
Requested features may involve hosting, payment, email, messaging, AI or media providers, including Stripe, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, OpenAI, Resend and Shotstack where the relevant integration is used. Messages, audio, images, review text or other context necessary for an AI request may be sent to the relevant provider. Review AI output before relying on or publishing it. Processing locations and any applicable international-transfer safeguards depend on the provider and its configured service; contact us for details relevant to your use. This notice does not promise that all processing takes place in Hungary or the EEA.
Contact requests and human verification
When you use the contact form, your category, subject, email address and description are stored for the LUXNOUS platform-management team to review and respond. Administrative review status and replies are recorded. Responses are sent to the address you provide through the email provider; that address is not automatically verified as belonging to you. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for human verification, including processing browser signals and verifying a challenge token. Do not submit passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Retention and rights requests follow the sections below.
Retention and deletion requests
Retention depends on the record’s purpose, the provision of the service, applicable legal requirements and the need to resolve disputes or protect security. There is no single deletion deadline for all categories. Subscription cancellation does not itself delete an account, salon records or backups. Ask support@luxnous.com about retention, account closure or deletion; requests are assessed according to the applicable rights and legal obligations. Contact the relevant salon where it controls the records.
Your rights and complaints
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact support@luxnous.com; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are handled within the time limits required by applicable law. You may complain to NAIH in Hungary or another competent supervisory authority, and seek a judicial remedy. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising those rights.

The website uses cookies or browser storage for functions such as language preferences, sign-in sessions and secure Google account connection. The mobile app uses device storage for sessions and preferences and may request microphone or photo access when you use those features. You can control browser storage and device permissions in your settings; disabling necessary storage or permissions may prevent the corresponding feature from working. Optional tracking, if introduced, requires its own disclosure and consent where required; this page is not a tracking-consent control. Optional website analytics uses Google Analytics cookies only after you accept in Cookie settings. It measures visits to public pages and salon registration steps, including account creation confirmed by the service. We do not send form contents, account identifiers, private account pages or URL query strings to Analytics. Google processes the measurement data; its privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may reject analytics or withdraw your consent through Cookie settings at any time. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. Blocking analytics does not prevent registration or use of the service. For the initial paid subscription, we also measure the amount paid, currency and a transaction reference. Free and test payments are excluded.
Subscription cancellation and refunds
LUXNOUS currently charges for software subscriptions, not for salon beauty services. You can stop subscription renewal at any time through account billing management. If that function is unavailable, contact support@luxnous.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid subscription period. No proportional refund is provided for unused time following ordinary cancellation. This does not limit mandatory rights, including applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective services, duplicate payments or incorrect charges. Cancellation is separate from account or data deletion.
